With the collaborators’ well-being in mind, EPHOTO has taken several initiatives aimed at helping their professional lives, while improving their everyday reality. A training course on Soft Skills has recently been finalized; its subject was “communication that nourishes”. The participants spent part of their time performing shared communication – probably outside their comfort zone – striving to learn something new through the coach’ given exercises and precious advice.
